We take great care in crafting and sourcing each Maison Évora piece.

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of quality and exclusivity, all sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, measurements, or personal preference.
